Our Commitment
Indago Solutions, LLC wants everyone to be able to use indago.ai, including people with disabilities. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and by the Department of Justice rule on web accessibility under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What We’ve Done
- Pages use semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and labeled navigation regions
- Every page has a “Skip to content” link, and every link, menu, and form control works with a keyboard
- Keyboard focus is always visible
- Meaningful images have text alternatives. Decorative images and animations are hidden from screen readers
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the Website’s animations are turned off
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are announced in text, not by color alone
- Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG contrast requirements
- Pages reflow for small screens and support browser zoom up to 200 percent without loss of content
Known Limitations
- Spam protection. Our demo request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Most visitors never see it. If it asks you to complete a check you can’t complete, email us and we’ll handle your request directly.
- Third-party content. Links to news coverage and other outside websites lead to content we don’t control, which may not meet the same standard.
Assessment
We assess the Website through our own review, including keyboard-only testing and automated checks. We haven’t yet completed an independent third-party audit.
Feedback and Alternative Access
